Privacy Policy for Tap Rush

This Privacy Policy describes how Layer AI ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Tap Rush (the "App").

Information we collect

The App itself does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information, and it has no login. Gameplay data (such as your high score) is stored only on your device.

The App includes the AppsFlyer mobile measurement SDK, which we use to understand how installs of the App are attributed to our advertising. Through AppsFlyer, the following may be collected automatically:

• The device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
• Technical device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, network type, coarse locale/region)
• Install and app-open events, and the advertising source associated with the install

How we use this information

We use this information solely to measure and attribute app installs to our advertising campaigns (for example, campaigns run through advertising networks such as AppLovin) and to understand aggregate campaign performance. We do not use it to build personal profiles or to sell your data.

Third parties

Attribution data is processed by AppsFlyer Ltd. as our service provider, and attribution results may be shared with the advertising networks that delivered the ad leading to an install. Please refer to AppsFlyer's privacy policy for details on their processing.

Your choices

You can reset or limit ad tracking at any time via your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads), including resetting or deleting your advertising ID.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
